I have worked 30 + years in construction in the US; I have a degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture from Florida International University in Miami; I also have licenses of General, Plumbing and Electric Contractor, and Real Estate Broker in California, USA.

OUR PROJECT IS PART OF THE SOLUTION TO A HUGE PROBLEM. The retirement check is not enough to cover the basic needs and people has to keep working after retirement. In our time persons are living longer and the "retirement life" of many persons may be more than 20 years. The biggest fear many persons have is to outlive their money, which might convert their golden-age dreams into economic nightmares. We will provide the American Lifestyle overseas at a lower cost by creating retirement communities in Latin America. We will create thousands of jobs, help the retired persons and provide a high return on the investor’s money.

Our potential customers are: Retired persons from USA and Canada. Citizens and Residents of the country where we build the project. Worldwide Time-share Owners, Travelers and Visitors.
The “Baby Boomers Generation” is so big it is estimated to have 76 million persons; and include the persons born from 1946 to 1964. According to the 2000 Census done by the US government, there are more than 35 million persons 65 year-old or older. Therefore, we have a potential market of more than 100 million persons. The client's potential is so enormous that if we captured only 1% of the market we would get more than a million persons.- Location
