- About Me
Based in Chapel Hill, NC. Originally from DC. Undergraduate and graduate degrees from U of Maryland, College Park. Started this company after being in HR for about 15 years. Wanted to teach my own kids how to manage their money and couldn't find anything on the market to do so.
- About My Company
Began in 2001. Started with KIDSCA$H, a workbook that teaches basic budgeting and goal-setting, then guides the user through 12 months of tracking what they get, spend and save. Really intended to help start good financial habits. Aimed at 8-12 year olds. Added line called MYCA$H for "non-kids" about a year later, due to demand. Now have about 10 versions (including Spanish), plus two teaching curricula that cover basic money topics.
