Golf Heaven provides the ultimate experience of a golfer’s wildest dreams – playing the world’s finest championship golf courses twelve months a year without sizzling hot days, bad weather, hard to get tee times, or unplayable course conditions. This creates a great demand for our services. Hear the roar of the crowd in the air. On the most realistic and proprietary technology in the world on our golf simulators a golfer can use his own clubs or our clubs and play and refine his game while experiencing Pebble Beach, Torrey Pines, Bay Hill, St. Andrews, Spyglass Hill, and up to 150 available courses at Golf Heaven. While enjoying the courses the golfer can be provided with comprehensive analysis of his ball speed, club speed, launch angle, ball spin, club face impact and swing path measurements. Our facilities will have the plush atmosphere of an exclusive country club with the vistas of ten simulators that replicate accurate terrain and elevation data with GIS technology. Membership will provide unlimited play or practice to perfect your game and a country club setting where any golfer can thoroughly enjoy friendship, fun and fantastic competition day or night, good weather or bad, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to a pro training session with Class A pro, to corporate teambuilding sessions.

Company Goals and Objectives
We anticipate this business model which has minimal competition to particularly flourish in sweltering hot cities such as Atlanta and cold northern cities such as Chicago. The golfer client base is tremendous and the year round golfing opportunity is a desire waiting to be filled. Golf Heaven will take the perfect spring golfing day and make it every day of the year.
Golf Heaven will be the leader in indoor recreation for golfers. Currently this concept is beginning to see success in Canada. With no major U.S. competition now is the time to introduce year round golfing into an untapped, waiting market and gain rapid growth. Opening a new location every 6 to 9 months would put us at the forefront of this new market. Conservatively, we should have 4 to 6 locations in the Atlanta market within 5 years. As the leader in this industry there is the possibility of selling franchises especially in markets with great demand.
With start up capital of $1.000.000 the facility will be fully operational and our investors will quickly see escalating returns on their investment.

Monthly Membership $195
18 holes a day maximum.
One (1) Year Membership $1995 Unlimited use, ten (10) free lessons with a golf pro, and unlimited league and tournament play.
Junior Membership (up to 21 yrs. Old) – 10% discount, same as one (1) year membership.
