I was the Executive Chef of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New york City for over 23 years. For the past three years I have successfully developed, opened and turned round restaurants and a hotel. At this time in my life and career, I have set out to open a restaurant in New York City. If you Google my name, you will see that the NYC press is very familiar with me and is anxiously waiting to see what I do next, this will only help launch my restaurant.
