I am creating a business plan for an hairstyle co, and have questions about projections. The plan asks: How much $$ I plan to sell in 1 yr, 2 yr etc... How would I forcast that number?

but you have to start putting things on paper. Any info you can find on:
Who are your competitors?
How many customers do they have?
How much money are they making per year?
What is the price for their product or services?
If you are not looking for investors, I would first calculate my break even. What is the minimum number of sales I need to do to pay the bills(including you salary). It is easier to look at that number and decide if you can do it or not.
Try not to think yearly but break your sales down into weekly or even daily. That number would be easier to analyze
