Business loan

No you do not have to form a corporation to apply for a business loan. You can apply for a business loan by simply getting a DBA (doing business as) from the county clerk and getting a tax id.

Usually as long as you have a tax id number it is enough for the banks.

dba, corporation, llc  should not matter
